Cancellation Policy
The Green Maid requires a minimum 24 hours advance notice to cancel or change your cleaning appointment. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if proper notification is not received. Please contact the office by calling the toll free number 1.877.677.MAID or sending an e-mail to info@greenmaidinc.com.
Arrival Time Estimates
Arrival Time shown is an estimate only, which is based on The Green Maid’s calculation to arrive at your home from our offices or from a client appointment occurring just prior to your scheduled time. While this arrival time estimation is based on concrete computations of travel distance, there are several factors that may adversely affect the actual arrival time of your cleaning crew being:
* Adverse weather conditions
* Unexpected traffic delays
* Unforeseen circumstances
* Delays arising from an appointment
booked before your appointment
In all cases, our offices have strict policies regarding the communication of estimated arrival times and either our field staff or our administrative offices will keep you apprised of any and all delays.
We will, of course, make every effort possible to maintain the estimated arrival time discussed at the time of booking.
Cleaning Repairs
The Green Maid, Inc. will always abide by our promise to provide excellent service every time. However, if our customer feels that we did not do something properly, we will send the team back or another team to repair what was omitted. Please report any omittance within 48 hours to our office. Our commitment to complete satisfaction is our goal.
